Summit County Common Pleas Judge Mary Margaret Rowlands helped pilot the first Northeast Ohio court-based re-entry partnership with Future Plans. Eighty participants in the Intervention In Lieu of Conviction program participated in the Future Plans comprehensive assessment and coaching program designed to prepare them for meaningful work.
