About Richard Adiansingh

Richard Adiansingh is a senior development and strategic partnership leader with more than fifteen years of experience building and scaling sustainable revenue and impact initiatives for mission-driven organizations. He brings a strong track record of securing major philanthropic investments, developing cross-sector partnerships, and designing systems that strengthen organizational capacity and long-term growth.

Richard’s work spans national, global, and intermediary organizations where he has helped translate complex programmatic priorities into fundable opportunities and long-term partnerships. Most recently, he served as the Corporate Development Officer for Habitat for Humanity International, where he advanced national and global partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, institutional funders, and philanthropic collaborators to support housing stability and economic mobility. His work included stewarding seven-figure commitments and engaging cross-disciplinary teams to align strategy, impact, and accountability.

Earlier in his career, Richard founded and led Prospera Advisory Group, a consulting firm that provided revenue strategy, partnership design, and operational support to nonprofits and mission-driven initiatives. In that role, he built organizational infrastructure, engaged external legal and financial partners, managed staff and contracted collaborators, and developed revenue strategies that generated more than $25 million across philanthropic and corporate channels. Prior to that, he held advancement leadership roles at Capital University, where he helped lead a successful comprehensive campaign and personally secured major gifts supporting student access and institutional priorities.

Richard holds an MBA from Capital University and a Bachelor of Arts from Alfred University. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, his commitment to equity and inclusion, and his ability to build connections across people, organizations, and ideas to drive measurable impact.
