About Daniella Manis
Daniella Manis is the Transitional and Opportunity Youth Subject Matter Expert and Adult Holistic Care Coordinator, dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome systemic barriers and achieve self-sufficiency. With extensive experience in workforce development, trauma-informed care, and community engagement she specializes in supporting foster and transitional youth, and justice impacted individuals.
In her role, she provides expert guidance on the programs and processes of Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), neurodivergence, and civil rights. She uses a trauma-informed approach to ensure that every client receives the comprehensive supports needed for long-term success. Daniella’s work spans resource navigation, and workforce coordination. She is adept at connecting clients to critical supports and identifying on-demand grants, resources, and programs tailored to each participant’s unique situation.
Outside of work Daniella enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing video games, and shopping for antiques. She is also a 4-time animal foster failure who is not allowed to bring home anymore “free cats”.
