Leadership Training Series
Future Plans, in partnership with the GRIT program and D Byers, is launching a Leadership Training series in January 2026 to support nonprofit and community leaders across Appalachian Ohio. This hybrid program—featuring both virtual and in-person sessions—offers two tracks: one for emerging leaders building foundational skills, and one for experienced professionals refining their leadership and relationship-building abilities. Training topics include professional networking, community engagement, fundraising, and teamwork, with the Everything DiSC Workplace® model as a core framework.
