Why Give?
Your contribution to Future Plans supports vital community growth and sustainable pathways for successful workforce and economic development. By donating, you become a part of a grass roots coalition that removes barriers for individuals and in our communities, paving the way for future generations.
Our Achievements:
Youth Empowerment: Working with schools throughout Ohio, we are providing highschoolers with an assessment of attributes and opportunities therefore providing their best work and career options. We further the experience with invaluable career coaching, skill attainment, training, certifications and job placement. We’ve grown from one Appalachian County to all 32 and now serve the Great Lakes Corridor and schools in urban Cleveland.
Amplify the important work of our partners: Strategic alignment with Ohio Means Jobs, Best Ohio, Appalachian Regional Commission and One Ohio with Industry to ensure meaningful employment opportunities for those individuals in recovery or second chance re-entry and underserved communities.
Join Us in Making a Difference
Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change. By choosing to donate, you empower Future Plans to continue their vital work, eradicating poverty.
Removing barriers: Funding and advocacy to provide immediate needs and support to individuals and families affected by unforeseen circumstances that keep them from seeking sustainable employment.
“We will find the barrier – the rock in the road – instead of going around it we remove it. Therefore, it will no longer exist for those that follow.” . . .
