Become a Future Plans Community

Future Plans has a unique approach to coalition building that focuses on the strengths of each organization and its commitment to the betterment of the community. By highlighting the good work of others while encouraging open conversation, the Future Plans team steers your efforts and facilitates the next level of open and honest collaboration needed to drive significant economic change. 

A Future Plans Community starts with 3-5 individuals or organizations who have the desire and passion to drive local change for individuals that leads to economic prosperity for the community. Future Plans guides the initial group of passionate community members on the method for building community interest and consensus.  

All Future Plans Communities make the commitment to use a common set of workforce evaluation tools so that a common data set can be used across the community for developing workforce training programs and connecting individuals to employment opportunities that best align with an individual’s strengths while also providing a living wage.
