About the Program
Future Plans, a leading workforce development nonprofit, is launching an AI Literacy and Workforce Readiness Program designed to equip candidates with in‑demand AI, communication, and professional skills—while keeping people, not technology, at the center.
Backed by state and federal workforce funding, the program prepares motivated participants for meaningful careers. Our first cohort of 20–25 participants will begin in the fall of 2026.
Participants complete a structured learning experience that builds:
